Buyer acknowledges that retainers are non refundable in any circumstances, except in the event the shoot is cancelled by the brand or photographer. Buyer agrees that should they need to reschedule 420 Pinups agrees to hold on to the retainer and transfer it to another city or future shoot. Buyer acknowledges that they will not receive any finished photos until their balance is paid in full. Upon completion, and delivery of photos buyers agrees to discuss any issues with brand directly, and acknowledges should any issue arise upon completion of photographs, buyer is not guaranteed any refund amount, however, should brand agree to a partial refund, refund amount shall not exceed 50% of original agreed upon price.
